JLGC Hosts Sustainer Provisional Tea

Junior League of Galveston County, Inc. Hosts Annual Provisional and Sustainer Tea

Galveston County, Texas – On Thursday, February 8 the Junior League of Galveston County, Inc. (JLCG) hosted its annual tea bringing together provisional and sustaining members. The event, planned by Margie Kusnerik, Sustaining Vice President, was held at the home of Carolyn Gaido.

Each year, the tea provides an opportunity for new members to meet and mingle with some of JLGC’s most involved former members. The Mardi Gras themed soiree allowed members to laissez les bon temps roulez!

“It is an opportunity to catch up with friends, some of who we might not have met had it not been for JLGC, while at the same time meeting a new group of young ladies who are dedicating themselves to volunteerism and carrying on the same traditions that have been passed on for so many years,” said Kusnerik. “The night is dedicated to the longstanding and the new beginning while catching up on the current happenings of the league!”
